- UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked or Hermes at a flat rate fee of £3.99 (with the exception of our Studio Coat collection which is charged at £10 and shipped via DHL)
- European and International delivery charges are charged depending on weight so please check prices when checking out.
- For European and International deliveries your order will be delivered via DHL/Fedex or UPS within 7 working days.
- You will need to ensure someone is able to sign for your delivery as proof of receipt
- Please ensure that the address details you provide are accurate as we are not liable for a refund if you have entered the incorrect address when ordering, so please enter your details carefully.
- If a parcel is returned back to us from the couriers due to you missing the parcel delivery, then you will need to pay for the item to be reshipped to you.
- Refunds do not include original shipping, return shipping and any import taxes and duties. Payment for Import duties are the responsibility of the customer. In an event where you miss or refuse to collect your parcel, shipping for the return of the parcel will be deducted from your order.
- Return charges are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
- Once your parcel has been dispatched and/or showing as delivered, Seen On Her are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels.
All International orders are liable to import duties and tax. As any business, Seen On Her are obliged to declare the full value on all international shipments. All international customers are responsible for paying any customs or import tax due upon the package arriving in their country.
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn.
- Items must have all Seen on Her tags attached.
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
- Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.
- Sale items are non refundable or returnable. All sale items are final.
- We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 15 days for your parcel to be returned to us, this may take longer if you are based internationally. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after 15 days, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
